ZONE 50

About us

Zone 50 meets every Thursday in Dumyat Centre at 1 pm to 3 pm. £2.

We are a social group and put on a range of activities for participants. There is friendly non-competitive Badminton, Table Tennis, Carpet Bowls and a gentle 45min exercise class suiting all levels. These activities are optional, you could come along for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat, or play a board game, dominos or cards and meet friends old and new.

The aim is to provide a service that is participant-led and we will listen to any suggestions for activities.

Occasionally we may also have guest speakers and demonstrations.
