Your Community is hiring

This month the community council councillor's election process has started.

We need YOUR help making Menstrie a better place, this is a plea to all residents to step up and be counted

Everyone has busy lives, but a couple of hours a month can make a huge difference.

The elections are formally run by Clackmannanshire Council.

Nominations Form Released - 6th Aug 2025

Nominations received by 4pm 21st Aug 2025 (Not electronically - Post or by hand)

If more than 14 residents step forward a notice of a poll will be published on the 17th Sep 2025

Within the community council you'll have the ability in the next 12 months to help shape

Future changes and improvements within the village

2026 Gala and other community events

Aid our partners at MCAG "Our Dumyat Centre" to improve the facilities for the younger generation

Help maintain the community assets (Community Woodland, Xmas lights, Community Garden, Floral displays in Mid town, Community resilience)
